To register for the conference, click on the Azur Colloque link below (open until April 28). Please read the following information carefully before registering.
The conference registration fee covers the entire stay from Monday afternoon to Friday lunchtime, including nights and meals, as well as the collective bus. Registration is a two-stage process: first pre-register on the website, then wait for validation before completing registration and payment.
Several rates will be available when you register:
- Single room €480: this is the default rate
- Shared room €430: this is cheaper, but a colleague will share your room. If you have a preference for sharing, please let the organizers know.
- Special rate €50: accommodation in a shared room, largely funded by the EDP Network and reserved for researchers with limited funding, with priority given to young people, but not exclusively. To apply, you need to pre-register, send a short CV to the organizers and wait for their approval. We can only offer a limited number of such stays. If you have comfortable resources (ANR for example), please try to get a standard rate for yourself.
- Speaker €0: normally you know if you can choose this rate or not.
Once you have chosen your fare, the form will suggest “extras”, including collective buses between the stations and the center. These options are free of charge, but please select them if you intend to take the bus, so that we can best estimate the needs.
- departure by bus on Monday June 2, at 4pm from Chambéry station (a TGV arrives from Paris at 3:35pm)
- return by bus on Friday June 6, drop-off at Chambéry station before 4 p.m. (a TGV leaves for Paris at 4:23 p.m.)
The other “extra” is for special diets. Please send us an e-mail to let us know.
Unlike in the previous years, you can manage your registration and pay in multiple sessions. Several payment methods are available:
- by credit card. Please note: it is forbidden to pay with a CNRS purchasing card. In addition, there may be problems with American Express cards or those from Switzerland, Germany and certain other countries. Also note that for “3D Secure” validation, you will need to validate the payment with a code received by SMS within 5 minutes.
- by bank transfer. Please remember to indicate your name and the title of the “JEDP 2025” conference on the bank transfer.
- by purchase order, for French establishments only.

N.B.: registration fees paid are non-refundable, except in the event of failure in obtaining a visa or for medical reasons. In both cases, authorization from your institute is required before reimbursement.
